Incatema adopts measures against COVID19

16 March, 2020

In the light of the situation brought about by coronavirus COVID_19 in Madrid and Spain and following the recommendations issued by the health authorities of the Spanish Government and Community of Madrid, on 14 March Incatema Consulting & Engineering made the extraordinary and temporary decision to allow company employees to work from home, as employees with children in their care had been doing since 13 March so as to be able to settle work and family life.

Incatema has made available to its staff the technological tools required for them to be able to continue their activity as normally as possible, so as to guarantee fulfilment of the company’s commitments towards all of its clients, partners and providers as diligently and effectively as is customary.

The purpose of this decision is to help to safeguard the health of our employees, their relatives, and in general, society as a whole. Consequently, it implies the implantation of virtual meetings instead of in person, to maximise the isolation at home of all personnel, in accordance with the current State of Alarm decreed by the Government of Spain.

Due to the fact that a large proportion of our activity takes place outside of Spain, Incatema has adopted additional measures such as limiting travel abroad.

In this regard, we are closely following the recommendations of the WHO and the Governmental decisions of the countries where we work, so as to adjust our projects to them, always with the foremost concern for protecting the health of our expatriate personnel.

Finally, we remain at the disposal of our clients, partners, collaborators and providers for any clarification or coordination requirement that may arise.

Incatema would like to emphasise its firm commitment to collaborating with the authorities and contributing, insofar as it is in our power, to overcoming this pandemic.
