Incatema has renewed the contract to Support the Preparation and Implementation of Business Plans for the Commercial Agriculture Development Program (PDAC) in the Republic of Angola, financed by the World Bank (WB) and the French Development Agency (AFD), extending its services to all municipalities in the provinces of Malanje and Cuanza Norte, and incorporating new value chains such as rice, wheat, peanuts, sheep and goats.
Therefore, Incatema will continue to support PDAC with the objective of promoting the development and commercial competitiveness of the agricultural sector in Angola. Its main task will include, as in the past, to prepare and assists in the implementation of agricultural business plans for the program’s beneficiaries. These beneficiaries receive direct financial support, technical assistance and investment co-financing, among other services.
To date, 178 business plans have been prepared, which include a strong socio-environmental component to guarantee World Bank and Agence Française de Développement standards. These actions have resulted in an increase in both the quality and quantity of Angolan agricultural production, as well as in the professionalisation of producers, as evidenced by follow-up visits to beneficiary farms.
In addition, Incatema conducts studies on strategic crops and promotes productive alliances between value chain actors, with the aim of consolidating trade relations and facilitating access to markets.

With this extension, Incatema will continue to provide technical assistance to PDAC until November 2025, consolidating its role in Angola’s agricultural and economic development.
